Key Responsibilities Of ITI ELECTRICIAN

Utility monitoring, AC Maintenance job knowledge, UPS Maintenance

Skill and other Requirements:

DWM, Long Book Maintain, Maintain documents, knowledge of Computer.

Utility Monitoring:

Monitor the electrical utility systems to ensure their continuous operation.
Report any power failures, fluctuations, or irregularities.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that may arise within utility systems.
AC Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of air conditioning units.
Diagnose and repair any issues related to the cooling system.
Ensure that all AC systems are running efficiently and within safety standards.

UPS Maintenance:

Monitor and maintain uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems to ensure they are fully functional.
Perform regular inspections, testing, and battery maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair issues with UPS systems to ensure continuity of power.

Document Maintenance:

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements.
Manage and update the long book for tracking all electrical tasks performed.
Ensure all maintenance logs and documents are compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

Knowledge of Computers:

Use computers to manage documents, record maintenance schedules, and generate reports.
Operate software applications for monitoring and diagnostic tools related to electrical systems and equipment.

Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
Hands-on knowledge of air conditioning systems and UPS.
Strong knowledge of safety standards related to electrical maintenance.
Ability to use computer software for documentation and monitoring purposes.
Good communication skills for reporting maintenance activities.
Ability to manage long books and maintain detailed, organized records of work.
Basic understanding of diagnostic tools and their application in electrical work.

Qualifications:

A diploma or degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Relevant certifications for electrical maintenance, AC systems, or UPS systems (preferred).
Previous experience in electrical maintenance or related roles is an advantage.
