Job Description
Skills Required:

1. Responsible for the Operation & maintenance of All electrical equipment within & surrounding IDC, including Sub Station & Utilities DRUPS & LT/HT DG sets, HVAC system, etc.
2. PWD License Holder.
3. ITI or NCTVT or Equivalent Passed.
4. Experience of 3 to 5 Years in the field of Operations & Maintenance Facility Management

Work Location: Mumbai & Jamnagar

Responsibilities

- Technical

o Monitoring, Operation & maintenance of

o Electrical system ranging from 11 KV, 6.6 KV & 0.433 KV.

o Emergency Diesel Generator sets ranging from 160 KVA to 3000 KVA.

o Energetic rotary UPS system (DRUPS)

o DG Battery Banks.

o Battery Chargers.

o Various control system on DG and DRUPS sets.

o HT & LT Panels, PCC Panels, MCC Panels, Power Distribution panels, control system of power panels, Power & Lighting distribution Boards

o Protective relays and protection Systems.

o Transformers Ranging from 12.5 MVA to 2.5 MVA

o HT / LT switch gears - 11 KV /6.6 KV VCBs & 0.433 KV ACBs etc.

o BMS System.

o HVAC System - PACs, Water cooled Centrifugal/Screw Chillers, Primary pumps, Secondary Pumps, Cooling water Pumps, Cooling Tower fans, Motorized control valves, Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Fans, AHUs, etc.

o Water Leak Detection System,

o VESDA System,

o Rodent Repellent System,

o FM 200 System,

o Chemical Filters.

o Lifts Fright & Passenger, EOT Cranes

o Day to day operations and maintenance of utility equipment

o Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Panels and Other equipment.

o To record Temperature, Humidity readings in all the shifts.

o To record the power panel, DG set, UPS readings (e.g. Voltage, Current, PF, KWH, Battery Bank voltage etc.)

o Maintained the daily log sheets.

o To take DG load trials (On Load &No; load trials.)

o To check battery banks healthiness.

o Fiber cable laying and termination with help of IDC System admin.

o Power change over as and when require.

o To update rack wise reading sheets of power consumption.

o Attend sudden breakdowns in shifts.

o Co-ordinate with chiller house/ DG House & HT Substation technicians /Engineers in case of power failures or any power blackouts.

o Take immediate decision by co-ordination with senior staff in case of major breakdowns.

o Prepare shift information report.

o Preparations of work permits for different activities and maintenance work.

o Any other job as told by Engineer In-charge.
