Rider
As a Rider, you will be responsible for delivering goods and packages to customers in a timely and safe manner. You will be an essential part of ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of the company.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers' locations
ā¢ Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure all paperwork is completed properly
ā¢ Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
ā¢ Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic laws while operating a vehicle
ā¢ Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
ā¢ Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries

ā¢ Previous experience in delivery or transportation
ā¢ Excellent time management skills
