Job Description
• Role & responsibilities
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding as required.
• Weld MS, SS304, and SS316 plates and structural components.
• Fabricate assemblies using 5 mm to 10 mm thick plates.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding procedures.
• Carry out grinding, fit-up, cutting, drilling, and finishing operations.
• Ensure weld quality meets engineering and safety requirements.
• Assist in fabrication of pressure vessels, high-pressure cabinets, and marine equipment.
• Conduct visual inspection of welds and rectify defects if required.
• Maintain welding equipment and workshop tools.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong experience in MIG welding (mandatory).
• Experience in TIG welding of stainless steel preferred.
• Knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication and welding practices.
• Ability to weld in various positions and work independently.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and fabrication tools.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and dimensions.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in fabrication of pressure vessels, tanks, industrial cabinets, or marine equipment.
• Knowledge of welding standards, weld preparation, and distortion control.
• ITI Welder/Fabricator or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
