• Main process used for aluminium welding.
• Knowledge of AC current settings and filler rods.
• Material KnowledgeUnderstanding of aluminium grades like 6061, 5052, 6082, etc.
• Handling thin and thick aluminium sheets.
• Welding Quality
• Strong and clean weld finishing.
• Avoid porosity, cracks, and burn-through
• Casing assembly and mechanical part deburring, buffing, and cleaning bar
• Fixture tapping and drilling for any type of rework handling.

Qualification: ITI Welder
