(Electrician/ Plumber ) Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; replace lights, ballasts, motors, pumps, and other equipment. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment rooms and facilities, using checklists to identify potential issues. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to equipment failures or facility emergencies to restore operations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, prepare reports, and manage inventories of tools and supplies. Team Leadership: Supervise and direct junior technicians, manage duty rosters, and provide technical guidance. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for specialized maintenance or repairs as needed.
