Job Responsibility

- Set up and operate laser welding equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Align and secure parts before welding
- Adjust laser settings (power, speed, focus) based on material
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear
- Record production data and report defects

Skills Required

- Knowledge of welding techniques and metallurgy
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Attention to detail and precision
- Basic computer skills (for CNC/laser systems)
- Hand-eye coordination
