Roles and Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit candidates for blue and grey collar jobs, primarily focusing on part-time positions
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for job roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and preferences
• Maintain updated candidate databases and tracking systems for efficient recruitment processes
