We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plumber & Waterproofing Labourer to assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and waterproofing works on residential and commercial sites. The successful candidate will support qualified tradespeople and help ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems

Prepare work areas, tools, and materials

Carry and load pipes, fittings, membranes, and equipment

Mix and apply waterproofing materials (membranes, sealants, coatings)

Assist in bathroom, balcony, roof, and basement waterproofing

Clean surfaces before waterproofing application

Cut, measure, and fit pipes and materials under supervision

Detect and report leaks, blockages, or damages

Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites

Follow workplace health and safety regulations

Dispose of waste materials properly

Support testing and inspection of plumbing and waterproofing systems

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in plumbing or waterproofing (preferred but not essential)

Basic knowledge of tools and construction materials

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour

Willingness to work outdoors and in confined spaces

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Good time management and punctuality

Valid driver’s licence (preferred)

Construction safety card/white card (if required in your region)

Skills & Attributes

Strong work ethic and reliability

Attention to detail

Willingness to learn and develop skills

Basic problem-solving skills

Good communication abilities

Working Conditions

On-site work in residential and commercial buildings

Exposure to dust, moisture, and varying weather conditions
