Job Description
Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Age Criteria: Up to 42 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintaining cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Handling courier dispatch and collection.
• Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Managing office supplies and pantry stock.
• Supporting administrative staff with day-to-day tasks.
• Assisting in meeting arrangements and conference room setup.
• Running official errands as assigned.

Non Negotiable Skills:
• Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
• Good communication and polite behavior.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: Up to 42 years.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a reputed MNC or corporate office.
• Basic understanding of office etiquette and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and able to handle routine office tasks.
• Honest, trustworthy, and well-behaved.
