Job Description
Electrical Maintenance
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of LT systems, motors, pumps, MCC panels, VFDs, starters, and control panels
• Attend electrical faults in fermenters, distillation columns, centrifuges, boilers, and cooling towers
• Ensure proper earthing, cable laying, panel wiring, and terminations
• Monitor power consumption and support energy-saving initiatives
• Maintain PM checklists, electrical logs, and breakdown reports

HVAC / AC Maintenance
• Operate and maintain split ACs, cassette ACs, ductable units, and package AC systems
• Perform gas charging, compressor inspection, filter cleaning, and electrical checks
• Ensure proper cooling of PLC/DCS control rooms and electrical panels
• Coordinate with vendors for major AC repairs
