This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all of Electrical systems and equipment including planned maintenance, installation and modifications.

Maintain and repair all electrical systems including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, electrical system installation and temporary power installations.

Ensure adherence to all OSHA and NEC codes and regulations, follow internal safety policies and procedures.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned. May be responsible for assisting with the setup, tear down and distribution of temporary power for shows and events held on property.

Perform safety checks all electrical devices.

Journeymen electrician certification.

Must have five years of verifiable commercial experience.

Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record may be required.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure and technical manuals. Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
