Job Description
Attention: this job requires relocating to the UAE at own expense.

Defure Furniture Trading LLC is a manufacturer of upholstered custom furniture based in Dubai, established in 2016. Since then, we have made hundreds of private and corporate clients happy with our individual approach, quality and speed. Our major customer group is interior designers, looking for furniture production with their unique designs and measurements – we make beds, sofas, wall panels, curtains, tables, marble items, mirrors and many more. Among our clients were Sharjah Airport, Marriott, Mercure, other hotels, fashion brands and restaurants with amazing projects that bring beauty and comfort to daily life.

Requirements

- Background in soft furniture (sofa and bed structures) 3-5 years.
- Proficiency in Bengali language.

Responsibilities

- Assisting to the senior carpenter.
- Manufacturing and assembling wooden frames for sofas and beds.
- Preparing and processing parts.
- Ensuring the durability and quality of the structure.
- Supervise the carpentry process and take care of it.

Conditions

- Salary 1,500-2,000 AED per month.
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Lunch break – 1 hour, Friday prayer break 12 PM to 2 PM. Overtimes are paid.
- Accommodation and transportation are provided.
- Official employment, work visa and medical insurance are provided upon completion of the probation period.
- Probation period duration — 2 months.
- Training is provided.

- The job requires relocating to the UAE at own expense in April / May 2026. The relocation to the UAE is not compensated by the company.
- In case of unsuccessful probation, the company pays for return flight.
