Hiring: Field Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree – Electrical / Electronics

About the Role:
This role involves working with smart, automated vending machines that provide 24/7 contactless access to snacks, beverages, and daily essentials across corporates, residential complexes, and high-footfall locations.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Install and configure machines at customer locations
β€’ Troubleshoot electrical, technical, and network-related issues
β€’ Perform router setup, wiring, and soldering tasks
β€’ Conduct regular maintenance to ensure smooth operations
β€’ Interact professionally with customers during field visits
β€’ Travel daily 10–20 km (occasionally up to 80–90 km)
β€’ Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution

Required Skills:
β€’ Basic electrical knowledge and soldering skills
β€’ Knowledge of routers and network configuration
β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities
β€’ Good communication and customer-handling skills
