Job Description
Perform fitting and welding work as per drawings and instructions

Handle MIG / ARC / gas welding as required

Assemble machinery parts accurately and efficiently

Maintain speed and quality of work as per production targets

Achieve daily and monthly production targets

Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and safety equipment

Coordinate with production supervisor for job completion

Maintain cleanliness and discipline on shop floor
