Rider

As a Rider, you will be responsible for delivering goods and packages to customers in a timely and safe manner. You will be an essential part of ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers' locations
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure all paperwork is completed properly
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic laws while operating a vehicle
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries
