Expert Carpenter – Joinery & Carpentry Factory

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for 4–5 skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our Joinery & Carpentry Factory in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in joinery works, furniture manufacturing, cabinetry, interior fit-out, and custom woodwork. Candidates must be capable of producing high-quality workmanship and working efficiently within a factory production environment and at project sites when required.

Key Responsibilities
• Manufacture, assemble, and install furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, doors, and other wood products
• Read and interpret shop drawings and work instructions
• Perform cutting, assembling, fitting, finishing, and installation works
• Operate woodworking tools, machinery, and equipment safely
• Ensure work is completed according to specifications and quality standards
• Maintain proper use of materials and minimize wastage
• Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness

Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery, carpentry, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out works
• Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, materials, and finishing techniques
• Experience in factory production and site installation activities
• Good workmanship, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
