Junior Electrician

Exp min - 0-1 Years

Location – Pune

Education: - ITI Diploma Electrician.

Responsibilities

Design, Control, and implement electrical systems and products

Perform control panel wiring as per approved electrical drawings and schematics (sometimes without drawings)

Read and understand single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings

Carry out panel assembly, component mounting, and internal wiring (control & power)

Identify and utilize electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, VFDs, and PLC I/O modules.

Ensure proper cable dressing, ferruling, tagging, and termination

Follow electrical safety standards and company SOPs during wiring and testing

Assist in panel testing, continuity checks, and basic troubleshooting

Coordinate with senior engineers and supervisors during panel fabrication

Maintain wiring quality, neatness, and documentation

Support site installation and commissioning activities when required

Required skills

Wiring knowledge must be strong.

Basic knowledge of electrical control panels and industrial wiring

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams

Hands-on experience with panel wiring tools and instruments

Understanding of control circuits, interlocks, and basic automation concepts

Knowledge of electrical safety practices and standards

Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

Willingness to learn PLC, VFD, and automation systems

Attention to detail and quality workmanship

Good teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work under guidance and follow instructions
