Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch & Packaging Executive for our Elevator/Lift Manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for packaging elevator components, material handling, dispatch planning, loading supervision, documentation, and coordination with production, stores, and transporters to ensure timely and safe delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle packaging of elevator/lift components, panels, doors, cabins, structures, and accessories safely.
• Ensure proper packing standards to avoid transit damage.
• Prepare dispatch materials according to delivery challan and packing list.
• Coordinate with stores and production departments for material readiness.
• Verify quantity, item code, and material condition before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records, inward/outward entries, and transporter details.
• Arrange loading and unloading activities efficiently.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and courier services.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and identification of materials.
• Maintain FIFO system and proper dispatch documentation.
• Monitor packaging material stock such as bubble wrap, stretch film, boxes, straps, etc.
• Follow safety procedures during packaging and loading operations.
• Support inventory and stock verification activities when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of dispatch area.

Required Skills:
• Knowledge of dispatch and packaging process in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of elevator/lift components is preferred.
• Knowledge of material handling and logistics coordination.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation properly.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP, inward/outward entries).
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under dispatch deadlines.

Qualification:
• Graduate / Diploma / ITI preferred.
• Experience in dispatch, packaging, or logistics department.

Experience:
• 2to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Elevator / Engineering Industry preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in elevator/lift manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of industrial packaging and dispatch handling.
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented candidate preferred.

Company Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and the candidates need to be flexible to handle Export dispatch and should be flexible for the timings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
