(Electrician/ Plumber ) Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; replace lights, ballasts, motors, pumps, and other equipment. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment rooms and facilities, using checklists to identify potential issues.
