Job Description
We are looking for a Packing Supervisor to manage and oversee daily packing operations at a reputed Flavors Mfg Company. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, productive, and hygienic packing of finished products, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with production and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing Operations

- Supervise daily packing activities to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods

- Ensure correct labelling, batch coding, and packaging formats

- Maintain accuracy in product quantities, SKUs, and documentation

Quality & Hygiene

- Ensure adherence to GMP, GHP, and hygiene standards during packing

- Coordinate with QA/QC for final product checks and approvals

- Minimise errors, leakage, or contamination

Team Supervision

- Manage packing staff and ensure productivity

- Train team on SOPs and safety

Coordination

- Work with production, QA, and dispatch teams

- Ensure readiness of packaging materials

Process & Safety

- Improve efficiency and reduce wastage

- Maintain safe and clean packing area

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years in packing/production roles in FMCG/food/manufacturing

- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail

- Experience managing teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
