Job Description
• Safe and Timely Transportation
• Drive the employer or family members to and from destinations safely and punctually.
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Perform routine checks on the car (oil, water, brakes, tire pressure, etc.)
• Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior) at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate servicing and repairs as needed.
• Route Planning & Traffic Awareness
• Plan routes ahead of time to ensure the most efficient travel.
• Stay updated on traffic and weather conditions.
• Professionalism & Confidentiality
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
• Be polite, presentable, and respectful at all times.
• Errands and Assistance
• Run errands such as picking up packages, groceries, or documents if requested.
• Assist the employer with getting in/out of the car or carrying items.
• Documentation & Records
• Maintain logbooks for fuel usage, maintenance, and kilometers driven if required.
• Flexibility & Availability
• Be available on short notice and willing to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Compliance
• Follow all traffic rules and regulations.
