Job Description
We are looking for a Packing Girl to join our team at Bersache Sports International Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9000 - ₹9000.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Load/unload construction materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
