​​Job Description: Warehouse & Operations Assistant

■​Role Summary
​We are looking for a reliable, disciplined, and proactive individual to manage the daily opening, closing, and organization of our office and godowns (warehouses). This role is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the facility is ready for business every morning and that our uniform stock is perfectly organized and ready for dispatch.

​Key Responsibilities
​1. Facility Custodianship (Opening & Closing)
■​Punctuality: Arrive 30 minutes before official hours to open the office and godown premises.
■​Security: Ensure all gates, shutters, and doors are securely locked at the end of the day.
■​Utility Management: Switch on all lights, fans, ACs, and machinery in the morning; ensure everything is switched off and unplugged before leaving
​2. Maintenance & Hygiene (First Hour)
■​Cleaning: Perform basic dusting of office desks, chairs, and showroom displays.
​Godown Upkeep: Ensure the warehouse floor is swept and free of debris (threads, plastic, scrap).
​Atmosphere: Maintain a clean and professional environment
​3. Inventory & Logistics (Primary Task)
■​Size-wise Sorting: Arrange finished uniforms on shelves strictly by size, color, and category.
■​Packing: Carefully pack orders as per invoices, ensuring the correct quantity and size are included.
​Stock Movement: Assist in loading and unloading fabric rolls or finished goods from delivery vehicles.
■​Labeling: Help in tagging or labeling boxes to ensure easy identification
■​Physical Fitness: Ability to lift boxes and move stock throughout the day.
​Organizational Skills: A "neatness" mindset—must be able to distinguish between sizes quickly and keep shelves tidy.
■​Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass. Basic reading skills (to read size labels and invoices) are mandatory.
​Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, garment factory, or retail store is a plus.
