Job Description

This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all of Electrical systems and equipment including planned maintenance, installation and modifications.

- Maintain and repair all electrical systems including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, electrical system installation and temporary power installations.
- Ensure adherence to all OSHA and NEC codes and regulations, follow internal safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned. Install wiring and devices.
- Operate and maintain in-house lighting control systems.
- May be responsible for assisting with the setup, tear down and distribution of temporary power for shows and events held on property.
- Perform safety checks all electrical devices.
- Maintain an adequate stock of parts and ensure cleanliness in assigned spaces.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Journeymen electrician certification.
- Must have five years of verifiable commercial experience.
- Must be able to read Engineering drawings and technical literature.
- Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record may be required.
- Material Handling Equipment certification as required.
- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure and technical manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or colleagues of the organization.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
