Job Description
Job Title- Primary Packing Supervisor Job Location- Ballabhgarh Faridabad Salary upto- 5 LPA Working Day- 6 Job Timing- 9 hrs Qualification- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and supervise daily primary packing activities.
• Ensure correct packing materials are used as per approved specifications.
• Verify item code, quantity, MRP labels, and packing instructions before packing.
• Ensure proper application of labels, coupons, barcodes, and identification tags.
• Monitor packing quality and prevent packing errors, shortages, and mix-ups.
• Ensure FEFO/FIFO compliance during packing operations.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Inventory, Quality, Putaway and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor packing material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Ensure transparent pouches, polybags, cartons, and other packaging materials are used as per SOP.
• Maintain packing productivity and manpower utilization.
• Conduct line clearance before starting new items.
• Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and safety compliance in the packing area.
• Train operators on packing standards and quality requirements.
• Investigate packing-related customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily reports on packing output, pendency, quality issues, and manpower utilization.

Educational Qualification and Experience
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidate preferred from same profile.
• 3-6 years of experience in primary packing operation.
• Minimum 2-3 years of team-handling experience preferred.
