We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with little to no experience. The Picker will help prepare orders by collecting items from the warehouse and ensuring they are ready for delivery.Key Responsibilities:1. **Order Picking**: Accurately select and gather items from designated locations in the warehouse according to customer orders to ensure timely processing.2. **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory by checking stock levels regularly and reporting any discrepancies or low stock items to supervisors.3. **Quality Control**: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure the highest quality standards are met.4. **Packing Orders**: Safely pack items collected for shipping, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled to avoid any mix-ups.5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other warehouse staff to improve efficiency and meet daily operational goals, supporting a productive work environment.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade. We prefer individuals who have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing. Good communication skills are essential for working effectively in a team. The ideal candidate should also be physically fit to handle lifting and moving items within the warehouse. Reliability and a positive attitude are important for success in this role. Experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.&
