· Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties

· Perform wiring, lighting installation, panel board setup, and power distribution work

· Diagnose electrical faults and carry out necessary troubleshooting

· Ensure proper functioning of DG sets, UPS systems, and backup power systems

· Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment

· Handle electrical work during project construction and post-handover maintenance

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

· Maintain records of maintenance work and report issues to the supervisor

· Coordinate with civil, plumbing, and other teams for smooth project execution

· Attend emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly

· CCTV Camara Installation & Maintenance

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment

· Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts

· Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards

· Basic understanding of DG, transformer, and panel systems

· Basic Knowledge of CCTV Maintenance & Instalation
