Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our Japanese BBQ restaurant. Duties
• Serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for Japanese dishes
• Cook and grill menu items according to established recipes and safety standards
• Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food handling areas
• Set up and maintain the dining area, including table settings and presentation
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations

Experience
• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of serving, food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation is advantageous
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is desirable
• Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment will be beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role
