Job Description:

The Housekeeper organizes and prepares daily snacks and meals for dependently handicapped students; maintains cleanliness of preparation and eating areas and does laundry; and performs other duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Grade 10 education;
• A minimum of two (2) years housekeeping, cooking experience;
• Good knowledge of nutrition values;
• Previous experience dealing with handicapped children.

In addition, the following will be considered an asset:
• First Aid and CPR training.

Status: Casual Housekeepers must be available to work on call during regular school hours.

Annual (or Hourly) Salary: The hourly wage is $22.75/hour, plus 4% in lieu of vacation pay.
