We are hiring experienced and professional Tactical Security Guards for a high-demand retail environment in Toronto. Candidates must be confident, alert, and capable of responding effectively in fast-paced situations.

Position: Tactical Retail Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a strong tactical presence to deter theft, disturbances, and unauthorized activity
• Conduct regular patrols inside the retail store and surrounding perimeter
• Respond to incidents using approved Use-of-Force techniques when required
• Safely detain individuals when necessary, following company protocols
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed
• Utilize effective de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Use-of-Force Certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of tactical security experience (required)
• Tactical pants and tactical vest required
• Standing shift
• Physically fit and capable of detaining individuals when necessary
• Able to stand and remain active for long shifts
• Strong situational awareness and communication skills
• Previous retail security or loss-prevention experience is an asset
