Key Responsibilities: Assist certified welders in various welding processes (e.g., SMAW, FCAW, GMAW). Prepare materials for welding, including grinding, cutting, and fitting metal components. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and cared for. Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Read and interpret shop drawings and welding symbols.
