Job Description
Job Summary: The Scrub Club is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Assistant to join our team on an as-needed basis. This is a casual role where you will work alongside the owner to assist with residential cleaning, deep cleans, and move-out projects. We are a local business committed to high-quality service using organic, non-toxic, and eco-friendly products.



Responsibilities: * Assist with general residential cleaning tasks (kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, and floors).



Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.



Work efficiently as part of a two-person team to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.

​Requirements: * Reliable Transportation: Must have your own vehicle to travel to various job sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas.



Consistency: Punctuality and reliability are essential for our scheduled client flips.



Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of professional residential cleaning.

​Experience: Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

​Pay & Hours: * Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience).



Hours: This is a casual, "on-call" position with hours varying based on business demand (approximately 5–15 hours per month to start).
