Department: Manufacturing

Job Description:

Our production team consists of some of the best thin gauge welders in the world, and we are currently looking to expand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding components in various positions using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques. You will play a vital role in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
• TIG weld thin gauge stainless, aluminum, titanium, and Inconel, ensuring precision and quality in the welding process
• Position, fit and assemble products according to drawings and blueprints
• Work with tight tolerances
• Inspect and test welded parts and structures to ensure they meet quality standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Other related duties

Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds
• Experience working within an ISO Quality Program
• Good communication, both verbal and written (English)
• Be able to obtain and maintain a Controlled Goods Clearance
• Proficient at operating shears, brakes, rolls, and benders is considered an asset
• ASME or CWB Certification is considered an asset
