Job Description
Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid background in plumbing and heating systems. We are looking for someone with experience in the construction of custom new homes specializing in boiler systems with infloor heating, boiler piping, stacks, venting, and waterlines. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Responsibilities
• Install and maintain plumbing and heating systems in custom new homes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper assembly of plumbing and heating components according to project specifications
• Follow all safety protocols and building codes to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members

Requirements
• Valid Journeyperson Plumber certification or license
• Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations.
• Knowledge of carpentry principles beneficial for certain installation tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical drawings effectively
• Commitment to safety standards and building codes throughout all work activities

Pay: $40.00-$46.00 per hour
