Job Description
Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance within residential new home construction communities. The Apprentice Plumber will work under the supervision of their Journey person.

Duties
• Assist Journey person plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans and specs relevant to plumbing projects.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Support the assembly of piping systems, fittings, and other components according to specifications.

Qualifications
• MUST have 1-3 years of experience combined with education.
• Valid Driver's License and Current 3-Year Driver's Abstract.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
• Willingness to learn new skills through on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced Journey persons.
