NOVO is looking for a motivated and reliable Window Cleaning & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Ottawa. This role combines hands-on window cleaning with customer outreach and marketing to help expand our client base. The ideal candidate is hardworking, outgoing, and enjoys working outdoors and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide residential and commercial window cleaning services
• Deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to promote services and generate leads
• Distribute flyers and support local marketing efforts
• Communicate professionally with customers and build strong relationships
• Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients
