We are hiring a Driver / Crew Lead to run jobs, lead crews, and deliver that standard every day.

This is not a driving-only position. This is a hands-on leadership role in a physically demanding environment.

Role Overview

Lead and direct a crew of 2 to 4 movers on residential and commercial jobs

Drive company trucks safely to and from job sites

Actively participate in lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading throughout the day

Set the pace on-site and keep the crew working efficiently

Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally

Complete job paperwork and ensure accuracy at the end of each move

What This Role Requires

Proven experience in physically demanding work environments such as moving, construction, or heavy delivery

Experience leading or directing a crew on-site

Confidence operating 3 ton to 5 ton trucks

Ability to work full days at a steady pace and complete jobs without drop-off

Strong communication and ability to manage both crew and customer expectations

Physical Expectations

This is a physically demanding position

You will be lifting and carrying furniture throughout the day

Workdays regularly range from 8 to 12 hours depending on the job

You are expected to work alongside your crew, not from the truck

Long-haul or highway-only drivers
