Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician with pathway to promotion to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various facilities, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience is preferred, along with familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other custodial equipment safely and effectively
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards

Qualifications
• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift
