Job Type: Casual / Event-Based

Company Overview :

We are seeking professional and reliable Casual Security Guards to join our team for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026 events. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global sporting event while ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and participants.

Position Summary:

The Casual Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining safety and security at event venues, managing crowd control, and providing exceptional customer service. Successful candidates must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively in dynamic event environments.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide a visible security presence to deter and prevent incidents.
β€’ Monitor and control access points, including credential and bag checks.
β€’ Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
β€’ Assist with crowd management and emergency response procedures.
β€’ Enforce venue policies and safety regulations.
β€’ Respond promptly to incidents and complete detailed incident reports.
β€’ Deliver excellent customer service to guests and staff.
β€’ Liaise with event organizers, law enforcement, and emergency services as required.

Requirements :
β€’ Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory).
β€’ Valid Smart Serve Certification (mandatory).
β€’ Previous experience in event security is considered an asset.
β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
β€’ Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
β€’ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
β€’ Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications :
β€’ First Aid & CPR/AED certification (asset).
β€’ Experience in stadium or large-scale event security.
β€’ Bilingual or multilingual abilities (asset).
