About the Role

Are you a professional driver who thrives on the fast-paced nature of expedite freight? Our Mississauga terminal is looking for AZ drivers to handle time-sensitive, cross-border runs between Ontario and the US Midwest/Eastern Seaboard. We don’t do "slow"—we provide the premium service our customers rely on, and we pay our drivers accordingly.

The Compensation & Perks
• Earnings: Potential to earn $85,000 – $110,000+ per year.

Your Responsibilities
• Safely operate AZ tractor-trailers across the Canada-US border (primarily MI, OH, IL, TX, and PA).
• Ensure on-time delivery for high-priority, expedite shipments.
• Manage digital e-Manifests (ACE/ACI) and border documentation with precision.
• Maintain electronic logs (ELD) in strict compliance with HOS regulations.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety at all times.

What You Bring to the Table
• License: Valid Ontario AZ Driver’s License.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of verifiable AZ driving experience (Cross-border experience preferred).
• Border Ready: Valid Passport and FAST Card (or the ability to obtain one).
• Clean Record: Must provide a recent (within 30 days) Driver’s Abstract and CVOR with no major violations.
• Professionalism: A "customer-first" attitude and the ability to stay calm under tight deadlines.
