We are seeking experienced **Welders/Fabricators** to join our **morning shift team**. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
β€’ *Responsibilities:**

- Build skids/base frames and structural frames of all sizes.
- Perform **Fluxcore (FCAW)** welding (valid **CWB Flat Fluxcore ticket required**).
- Fit and weld according to **blueprint drawings**.
- Use equipment such as grinders, torches, chop saws, drill presses, and hand tools.
- Conduct stainless steel MIG wire welding for heat exchangers.
- Perform aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal welding.
- Participate in all **safety meetings** and follow company safety protocols.
- Maintain high-quality, consistent welds (primarily in flat position).

- Valid **CWB Flat Fluxcore ticket** (minimum).
- **Fitting experience** and blueprint reading ability.
- GMAW experience (asset).
- Must be registered or willing to register with the **Alberta Apprenticeship Board**.
- Red Seal Journeyman not required but an asset.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production, and QC inspection process.
- WHMIS and OSSA training (asset).
- Strong judgment, focus, and ability to work in a team environment.

- Morning Shift; Monday – Thursday, 6am – 3:30pm & Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
