Position Summary

The Busser / Food Packer plays a vital support role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and excellent customer service. This position is responsible for maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and carefully packing take-out and delivery orders to Ambiyan’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Dining Room Support
β€’ Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
β€’ Refill water glasses and assist servers with customer requests.
β€’ Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, and service stations.

Food Packing & Takeout
β€’ Accurately pack food orders for take-out and delivery, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
β€’ Double-check orders against receipts to prevent mistakes.
β€’ Handle food with care, following hygiene and safety standards.

Team Support
β€’ Assist servers with running food to tables.
β€’ Stock utensils, napkins, condiments, and packaging supplies.
β€’ Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.

General Duties
β€’ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
β€’ Assist in closing and opening duties as assigned.
β€’ Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications
