Responsibilities for Security Team Lead
β€’ Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
β€’ Manage access control
β€’ Create and issue access badges
β€’ Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
β€’ Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
β€’ Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
β€’ Answer questions in person or by phone
β€’ Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications for Security Team Lead
β€’ Be authorized to work in Canada
β€’ Hold a valid security license
β€’ WSIB approved First aid certification
β€’ Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard/security team lead
