An established, high-performing quick service restaurant group is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its flagship locations in Edmonton. Known for a strong West Coast heritage, premium ingredients, and a loyal guest following, this brand has built a reputation on quality, consistency, and a people-first culture. The ideal candidate will bring proven quick service restaurant (QSR) experience, with a strong understanding of high-volume operations, team leadership, and delivering consistent execution in a fast-paced environment.

With continued growth and steady performance across its network, the organization remains focused on elevating the guest experience while maintaining the operational discipline that has defined its success. The Edmonton location is a key market for the brand, offering strong volume, an engaged team, and an opportunity for a leader to make a meaningful impact.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the floor, and understands how to balance operational execution with an exceptional guest experience.

Description
• Provide day-to-day leadership across all restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and accountable culture
• Drive sales performance and profitability through strong cost controls, labour management, and operational efficiencies
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, leading service and supporting the team during peak periods
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience, handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and urgency
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and food quality to ensure consistency and minimize waste
• Uphold health, safety, and food safety standards at all times
• Support local store marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts

Requirements
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in quick service or fast-casual restaurant operations (QSR experience is required)
• Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, service-driven environment
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing labour, food cost, and P&L performance
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced setting

Corporate Culture
• Competitive base salary
• Performance-based bonus structure
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Opportunity to grow within a well-established and expanding organization
• Supportive leadership team and strong operational infrastructure

This is a chance to step into a well-supported operation with an established brand that continues to evolve and grow. The organization values operators who take ownership, build strong teams, and create an environment where both employees and guests feel genuinely taken care of.
