• Diverse jobs — residential and light commercial — to keep things interesting.
• Support available when needed, without micromanagement.

Stability & Great Income
• Salary according to CCQ rates.
• Real, achievable bonuses — many of our plumbers add a significant percentage to their pay through their skill and service quality.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week, steady schedule, and minimal travel outside the region.
• On-call shifts are paid, reasonable, and not mandatory.
• Cell phone allowance and a strong referral bonus program.
Career Growth & Job Security
• Stable employment with a loyal client base and recurring contracts — no long slow periods.
• Opportunities for advancement: become a team lead, supervise an apprentice, or grow into a sector coordinator role.

• Structured mentorship to help you build your skills and career path.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
• Diagnose, repair, or install sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and supply/drainage systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and small residential renovation projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Valid CCQ card (Journeyperson or Level 3 apprentice).
• Completed DEP in plumbing, with solid knowledge of safety standards.
• Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Autonomous, precise, and technically meticulous.
• Strong customer service mindset and team spirit.
• Legal status in Canada (citizen or permanent resident).
