At Rostel Industries, the Experienced Welder role involves significant responsibility in fabricating and repairing drilling rig components to meet high standards. You will leverage your expertise in multiple welding processes, contributing to project success and the development of apprentices. This position is vital in maintaining our safety culture and supporting our mission-focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and repair using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and more
• Interpret blueprints and welding specifications accurately
• Operate lifting and welding equipment in accordance with safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop
• Provide mentorship and support for apprentices

Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyman Welder with apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3–5 years in fabrication with strong welding capabilities
• Proven ability to read structural blueprints and welding codes
• Knowledge of safety regulations and work environment practices
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented team player with communication skills
