Job Description
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including front of house, back of house, and bar
• Drive financial performance through strong P&L management, cost controls, and revenue growth
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; manage recruitment, training, and retention
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards and a high-quality guest experience
• Monitor labour, inventory, and purchasing to maintain operational efficiency
• Foster a positive and accountable team culture
• Act as a brand ambassador within the local community
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
• 3–5+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience within a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and interpret P&L statements
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound operational decisions
