Job Description The Packing Operator at Stickerbeat ensures all shipments are accurately packed and shipped on time by collecting, sorting, weighing, and packing stickers, magnets, roll labels, and decals. They effectively plan resources, collaborate with production and support teams, and follow the production schedule to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:
• Packing: Ensures all shipments are completed accurately and on time by collecting, sorting, weighing, and packing stickers, magnets, roll labels, and decals according to order specifications.
• Resource Planning: Plans and schedules resources effectively to meet daily production requirements and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Team Collaboration: Communicates effectively with the production and support teams to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and timely completion of the workload.
• Production Scheduling: Follows the job board for the production schedule to prioritize and organize packing tasks based on order requirements.
• Timeliness: Ensures all orders are packed and shipped in a timely manner, adhering to the company's delivery timelines.
