Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) gérant(e) de restaurant énergique, dévoué(e) et expérimenté(e) pour diriger notre équipe et contribuer à rehausser l’expérience chez Gino’s.

Salaire fixe commence à 20$/l'heure (pourboires inclus revient a 30 $ à 40 $ de l’heure, selon l’expérience)

Exigences :

Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de restaurant

Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion d’équipe

Expérience en élaboration d’horaires, suivi de la paie et contrôle des coûts

Excellente connaissance de la gestion des alcools et du contrôle des inventaires

Capacité à gérer le déroulement du service dans un environnement à haut volume

Aisance avec les systèmes POS et les rapports quotidiens

Attitude professionnelle, sens des responsabilités et approche orientée solutions

Responsabilités :

Superviser les opérations quotidiennes en salle en coordination avec la cuisine

Assurer une couverture de personnel adéquate en tout temps

Gérer le recrutement, les entrevues et l’intégration des employés

Superviser le rendement du personnel et maintenir la discipline

Contrôler l’inventaire d’alcool et minimiser les pertes

Surveiller les coûts de main-d’œuvre et optimiser les horaires

Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de santé et de sécurité

Collaborer étroitement avec les propriétaires afin d’améliorer la performance et maintenir les standards

We are seeking an energetic, dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help elevate the experience at Gino’s.

Position Details:
• Fixed salary starts at $20/hour (tips included, comes to $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience)
• 35 - 40 hours per week
• Immediate start preferred

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with scheduling, payroll follow-up, and cost control
• Strong knowledge of alcohol management and inventory control
• Ability to manage service flow in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable with POS systems and daily reporting
• Professional, accountable, solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations in coordination with the kitchen
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times
• Handle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Supervise staff performance and maintain discipline
• Control alcohol inventory and minimize losses
• Monitor labor cost and optimize scheduling
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Work closely with ownership to drive performance and maintain standards
